Concretum is proud to have a pool of institutional and private investors who are interested in a solid and long-term strategy of growth and ready to participate actively. Concretum is 100% privately owned, the shareholder’s group is small and exclusive:

- CC Private Equity Partners Ltd.
- Group of 8 private persons (evtl. private investors)
All shareholders have signed a shareholder’s agreement which protects the unlimited operative actionability of the company and the interests of the shareholders at the same time. Only those interested parties who accept the shareholder’s agreement unconditionally and who are in addition recorded in the stock register are allowed to join (evtl. admitted to) the shareholder’s group. The assignment of shares to third parties is interdicted by the shareholder’s agreement. The declared purpose of the owners is that only those who actively commit themselves to the positive development of the company and who share the strategic aims of Concretum can join the shareholder’s group.
