Concretum® SUPERFIBER FR are polymer fibers for mortar and concrete. Their equal distribution in the conrete increases the fire-resistance of mortar and concrete. The product is certified and approved as fiber for mortar and concrete according to standard EN 14889-2.
Applications
To produce concrete or mortar with high fire-resistance.
To produce sprayed concrete with high fire-resistance.
Material properties
Concretum® SUPERFIBER FR are shortcut fibers made of 100% polymer (HD). Concretum® SUPERFIBER FR will melt in case of fire and thus generate an interrelated capillary pore system which conducts and reduces the pressure of water vapour. The dosage of the fibers is 2.0 kg/m³.
