In general the production of Concretum Hightech Concrete can be done in every modern concrete plant. Prior to first production a set-up for every requested type of concrete is performed together with Concretum experts. Based on this set-up the general procedures are defined (mix design, aggregate grading, mixing times etc.) which are necessary for a reliable production process. After the successful set-up the concrete plant obtains a certificate for the production of Concretum Hightech Concretes.
For the production of Concretum Hightech Concretes the locally available standard components are used (cements, aggegates and water). The Concretum Key Component is added to these basic constituents. Depending on the type of concrete, the Concretum Key Component can be either a liquid or a powder additive. There are no additional concrete additives necessary (exception: air-entraining agents and retarders if necessary). Liquid key components can be used like conventional concrete additives; powder key components are delivered in water-soluble bags and have to be added to the mixture before the mixing process.
Concretum® SUPERFIBER are high modulus polymer fibers for mortar and concrete. They have a higher Young's Modulus as compared to concrete. For this reason, the fibers increase the tensile strength and ductility of concrete and reduce the risk of cracking. Furthermore, the fibers can be used as a replacement of secondary reinforcement. Concretum® SUPERFIBER are available in three different types with various lengths and diameters.

Concretum Hightech Concretes are defined by properties according to standard EN 206-1. The properties are listed in the corresponding product information sheets.
The quality of concrete and the manufacturing process are regularly checked by Concretum to guarantee the defined material properties of the concretes.
